What Brinks Home Security did:
I’ve been with the company for 6, formerly known as Live Watch which was acquired by Brinks later. My service is cancel anytime, I cancelled my service before the billing cycle but the said it takes 30 days to process your cancellation request and you have to pay for those 30 days, of course that was after they gave me a really hard time to start the process and offering me discounts. it’s only $34 and I disputed it with my bank which, gave it completely back to me after Brinks didn’t respond to their inquires, now brinks is sending me letter and threatening me they will send it to collections!

What would you like the company to do to fix the problem?

$100 and an apology.
