Brinks Home Security Overcharged Me / Hidden Fees

What Brinks Home Security did:
I tried to cancel my month-to-month monitoring service, but they say it takes 30 days to cancel, so I will have to pay for one more month without any monitoring. I already have a new system and monitoring company!

What would you like the company to do to fix the problem?

Simply cancel my monitoring account and cancel any more payment requirements! They require that a customer sign a ridicules, “cancellation agreement”, requiring permission for them to send advertisements via phone, texts, emails, etc., to cancel!! OUTRAGEOUS!
