What Ticketmaster did:
I attended a concert of 3 artists. There was an issue with the sound system and the headlining band did not player. Three separate individuals at the venue assured customers we could request and receive a refund. Ticketmaster sends robo-responses that show they don’t even understand the issue.
What would you like the company to do to fix the problem?
I want the refund I was promised.
