What T-Mobile did:
They offered free t-mobile digits lines when they started the DIGITS service and they they randomly started charging–their explanation is that they are sorry the free promotion is not available anymore, but the lines were advertised as free for life.

What T-Mobile did:
I had purchased a car rental through t mobile with my debit card on July 30th 2021 and was not informed that I needed to have a credit card to actually rent. I got up to ace rental and that’s when i gained knowledge of the credit card matter. Ace told me in person that they would issue a refund but I had to call t mobile to start the process on my refund. Now 4 months later, today as I just fought my way through t mobile’s terrible customer service in regards to Katherine, and Alfie, I was just now able to get connected to Michael , the manager, thanks to mike for connecting me to Michael. Come time now, t mobile is telling me I can’t get my money back. With this entire pandemic going on. I been shot this year so this doesn’t make it any better that I I can’t get my money back for being led through the unknown. And then to be treated with terrible customer service and get hung up on time after time and even placed on a 50 minute hold before getting to Michael. That rental was so I can go visit my family in Arizona. I couldn’t do that because some credit card policy I didn’t know about and they took my money with a system set up to steal from people. Designed to be money hungry and inhuman. I was told I will get my refund I just had to go through t mobile to do so. Now they are telling me oh no you not getting a dime back, we were just playing with you when we said we will refund you. Both parties , ace and t mobile , told me I would be getting a refund on July 30th I was told this. At 6:41 am today, oct 20, I receiving an EMAIL say I’m not getting my money back. I don’t got no money to be handing to money hungry inhuman companies who supposedly are all about the better of society. And treated like how I was treated just to get connected to a manager. Workers catching attitudes because I want to file a complaint towards them so now they hanging up. Not cool, they don’t need my money like I need my hard earned money. I got bills. I’m human , I have a life. Why steal someone’s life. Especially someone who is going through very hard times , mentally and financially? Why. I even asked the manager like “would you still go fourth of putting in your debit card info to get a car rental , knowing that u need to have a credit card and DONT have one? “ he couldn’t even answer that. Like why would someone say I’m going to still pay for the rental car with my debit card and I don’t have a credit card with is actually the format need. Why would I sit there and do that and I don’t have a credit card. I say that to back my statement when I say, I DID NOT KNOW OF ANY CC policy . Concerns grow in me as to why they are accepting debit card when they want credit card? To steal people money. Inhuman. I could’ve used that money for bills or found another way to get to my sister and niece in Arizona. Too late for that now though. It’s been 4-5 months . Bills piled up . I need my money now . It’s mine. Not there’s

And I am struggling to pay my bill due to Covid however T-Mobile had a breach in their system and a lot of my information is at risk. It looks like the breach happened and me and my personal information accessible to anyone. I feel like I shouldn’t have to pay a company that put my personal information at risk.

What T-Mobile did:
I had a business account with tmobile for over 5 years. We had some issues with phones purchased and was sent new ones under the warranty and sent our old ones back. Tmobile said they never received them. After speaking with several managers over a year Long period, in which, I was told they would call me back but never did, I finally called and was told that all charges woukd be removed from my account for the phones and that all late fees and other charges incurred due to this situation would be removed as well. I waited another 3 months for this to happen. Nothing ever did. So I made another call and spoke to another manager who told me that i was a “liar” and that no charges would be removed and ifvi didn’t pay the balance of over $8,000 my service would be canceled. I gave him the managers name and date I spoke to him and he told me ” don’t bother wasting his time because he didn’t care what that manager told him”. I told him that he could pull up the call as I know they are recorded and a record is kept. He then hung up on me. That was the final straw. I canceled my service and went with another company. This has caused a unknown amount of loss revenue due to the fact that our long time phone number could not be transferred and we had to change all paperwork, biz cards etc with our new number, made sure the word got out about the new number and that we were in fact still in business. This is on top of the bill that is still outstanding for over $8000.
