What T-Mobile did:
I called tmobile to cancel my account. The customer service representative told me my balance are paid. That was on May 2021. They used auto pay and took 160 on June 2021. I called again and talked to the rep and demanded refund and the rep told me they will look at my account and give me the final balance. But now after few months I received a bill from debt collector stating I need to pay around 450 dollars to tmobile. I have tried calling but no resolution yet. I am worried about my credit and demand refund plus compensation for all the mental trouble they have given me.

I purchased phones but lived where they did not provide service for. I was informed I should have not been offered the plan because of no available towers and told I would be given lifetime guarantee they refunded all my money and won’t be charged for the service because I couldn’t use. I was charged anyways and now its effecting my credit. And credit company harassing me it’s not legal

What T-Mobile did:
T-Mobile representative (Paul, Customer Service Center Philippines) arranged for me get a iPhone 11 at no cost except me to turn in existing phone. He worked this out with his manager after he mentioned my father and I were long and loyal customers, 20 years with T-Mobile.
I could never get in touch with him after that, called around 15 plus times and customer service was rude, would not let me speak with a supervisor, and would not address my requests when I would call in.
I went in person to a T-Mobile store. When I got there, T-Mobile rep was helping another customer, asked what I needed. I told him I was there to get iPhone 11 – the one discussed originally with Paul. I was there almost 2 hours before they closed. Rep helped 2 other customers that came in after me. When he finally got to me, he said there was not enough time before store closed to help me, I’d have to come back.
I called a number I looked for President of T-Mobile. Girl that answered transferred me to VM and said call back in first thing in morning. I left VM explaining everything that happened so far. When I called back in morning, I was transferred and call immediately dropped.
I posted on FB my experience and was requested to connect with a Manager. I reached out to her and we had a chat session. She was rude and condescending.
I told her that the bill my father was paying on was too high, she claimed that was from the new phone I bought a few months prior – The cost that she said it was, I don’t have exact number in front of me, was a lot higher than what I would have agreed on since it was temporary until I got a newer iPhone. She said I signed an agreement, I asked for a copy of it. It took a long time to receive it, first she emailed a document that did not show my signature and much at all. She had claimed I signed electronically. I requested documents and wanted to dispute that signature, verify that it was authentic.
While on that chat, she changed my account password without me asking! She first said I changed it (I received email while on chat saying my T-Mobile password had been changed) I didn’t change it, she admitted to changing it eventually – This was right after Major security breach at T-Mobile. I am requesting compensation for all the time I have invested with phone calls , time going to T-Mobile store, promised new phone never received, overcharge for phone purchased, my security being breached by password changed. My fathers stress due to billing errors, etc, etc.
