What Metro by T-Mobile did:
My name is Crystal ***** , I’ve been a loyal customer at Metro for over 2 years . I am not and have not been set up for Autopay . This is the second time I’ve been inconvenienced by Metro PCS for accessing my card without my consent and retrieving funds After posted payment days between a monthly payment . My bank account is now in the negative and I am now inconvenienced,
until my bank is able to complete a 90 day investigation.
I believe I deserve something for the inconvenience, and invasion of privacy . My card is not posted or subject to autopay and it makes me uncomfortable. The payment was not authorized. I’m interested in a suit!
