Charter Spectrum Bad Customer Support

What Charter Spectrum did:
Called in May 2021 to cancel my service. spoke with Mitch in the retention dept that gave me a better price and told me that effective immediately my service would cost 192.00 per month but each month i have recieved bills for 250.00 and everytime i call to get an explanation, they would give me a different amount and i would pay the amount they told me to pay but each month i continued to receive higher bills until finally i cancelled my service. i am sending them a letter explaining everything hoping they will honor the price that they gave me.

What would you like the company to do to fix the problem?

send my final bill based upon all of the credits that they promised me. I do know for a fact that they did apply credits to my account but they also went back and charged them back to my account. I was told this by one of their employees. I did ask them to just go back and listen to the conversations that i had with their empoyees so that they could see that i was telling the truth about the promises of lower rates. but they never would. they just lied and said that the conversations were all deleted right after each phone call.
