What Rcn did:
I have had a weak internet connection for months yet my monthly fee keeps increasing. It started as a student account and after the promo, they have been increasing my monthly bill without warning. You cannot reach them to speak to anyone as they keep you waiting on the phone for hours, making it impossible to wait to speak to anyone of their staff. Their response via Facebook is so abrupt and lacks vital information to address issues.
What would you like the company to do to fix the problem?
I want a review, I want to understand why i have weak services and expensive monthly payment
