What Spectrum did:
I started a payment arrangement back in July and every month since I have had my bank account hammered by them by pulling money before the arrangement date. It has hurt my account my credit and my pocket book. This month was the most recent month and I have called several times for them to address the issue and they refuse to address the issue with my account on any grounds.
What would you like the company to do to fix the problem?
I want a complete refund of all monies spent and time I have spent on the phone with them every month paid for plus any additional famages
