What Danaport did:
I ordered a part back in July of 2021. After not receiving the part and constant back in forth email traffic I requested a refund on October 4th. They have told me on several different occasions that a refund will be issues next day and I’m still waiting on the refund.
What would you like the company to do to fix the problem?
A refund for a part I never received
