What Royal Caribbean did:
Booked a cruise for October 2020 on Royal Caribbean Harmony of the Seas. Then the pandemic shut it all down. They offered to give us a refund or future cruise credit. We took the credit. Booked a cruise in September 2021 with our future cruise credit for March 2022 (vaccinations were not required at the time of booking). October 2021, Royal Caribbean is now requiring ALL persons age 12 and up to be vaccinated for their cruises. We are choosing NOT to be vaccinated as a personal choice. So, they will not allow us to go on the cruise. So, they should give us a refund. They refuse. Now they are holding our money hostage and telling us we have to cruise by the end of 2022 or we lose our money. If we try to move the cruise to later in 2022, they will penalize us….which will cost us even MORE money. If you aren’t able to cruise due to rules they put in place AFTER we booked our reservation, then we should be entitled to a refund.
What would you like the company to do to fix the problem?
