AT&T Claim for Compensation

What AT&T did:
Someone used my information to start service and when they didn’t pay it went against my credit and I called att and stated that someone stole my identity to get service with them and they told me that since it’s my info I would have to pay for the balance that’s due.

I visited AT&T store to open new contact located at

They refused to open new contact for me , I told the Gentleman that I have no contracts under my name whoever he used his job authorizations to allow him self an access to the account through texting cood to my cell number. The gentleman started to review the account and recording date like my wife personal information.
I asked the gentleman to sign out the account but he yelled at me “

I requested to speak to a supervisor or store manager.

After waiting for considerable amount of time anther Gentleman show up to inform me that they don’t accept complains about store employees .

I indicated “ if that’s the attitude which AT&T is representing like allowing people access to individual personal information so I don’t need a new contact with AT& T .

I requested info about the two gentleman and I was giving the

Honestly never expected these amount of disrespect for visiting AT&T store to open a new contract.

Thanks AT&T and sorry that I’m not good enough to of your customers, just funny that I’m using AT&T for more than 14 years.

Apologize and insure that my personal info are safe which it’s proven that it’s not . I will appreciate if you will drug testing Mr. Adam ***** .

What AT&T did:
I believe At&t had a breach of contract, breach of warranty, negligence, and actof wrong doing. At the walker, louisiana at&t store a sales representative verbally lied to me of the monthly billing price, he also deferred me into doing what he wanted, instead of what I wanted. I spent about 700$ in store on that day and the products we were promised would be great and ineffective and that was not held up too. They broke easily, lost charge, lost service and Wi-Fi. I feel I was a victim who was preyed upon quite honestly. You know they always got to rob and take advantage of any possible commission. Then slapped me on the back saying I owe over a thousand I believe to them. Don’t sound too legit to me. I believe I ended up getting 2 galaxies that day and and in the year 2018.

What AT&T did:
You would charge us 65$
Instead of 50 as you said.During the pandemic you would shut the internet off if we were a few days late. Then charge us another 40 to turn it back on. This kept going on for months. No breaks during the pandemic.And i should have gotten the senior citizens price. But your company showed no compassion.

over a year ago some phones were ordered under my name and the people that ordered them had my address on them and I don’t know how they got them but they did and I have been paying for about 4 phones over a thousand dollars each for a long time now and all att would have to do is look back at my phone bills and see there is no activity on any of them and I have been paying for them every month and now they say there are charge backs from back in march and august and I can’t pay all this and they fixing to cut me off can someone please make these people understand I can’t keep paying for what someone else had done the only phone that dont’ have activity on it that is mine is ***-***-**** and I am saving that one for my grandson. I need someone that wll look at my bill and help me with this Fraud won’t do anything. I am an 80 year old woman trying to survive on SS and they are fixing to cut my phone off This has been over a year ago and I need some help and this is for the I think iphone 11 promax

What AT&T did:
Att owes me money they directly stated to me they would waive fees on my account yet charged me anyway . more over trespassed against me further and cause fees weren’t paid turned off my services and then without me knowing on my card on file took the money out of my account . Of course I’m looking for a refund I spent two hours on the phone being directed to this person just very disrespectful I also want damages claims neglect and business consumer abuse
