Charter Spectrum Lied About the Price
What Charter Spectrum did:
I transferred service from my old apartment to my new apartment. In the order confirmation it says the service transfer is confirmed and I would get the next two months free. I have called spectrum 3-4 times and spent over 3 and a half hours talking with them, getting bounced back and forth and tonight they say that they will not honor that. Said it was sent automatically and said that an expired was on the account. Despite the fact that there is no mention of a promotional offer in the email. It thanks me for transferring service and that the next two months will be free and credited to my account
