Frontier Communications Claim for Compensation

What Frontier Communications did:
I’ve been with frontier off and on since 2016 and it’s consistently been horrible. I go 1-2 weeks a month without having internet service and when I call into customer service they claim that it’s a problem on my end and they have to send someone out and it will cost me but the entire town has the same issue at the same time. When my internet does work; it’s very slow and doesn’t match the speeds that I was paying for. Frontier has done nothing to rectify any of the problems
