Suddenlink Claim for Compensation
What Suddenlink did:
During Hurricane Laura mid August in 2020 we didn’t have any service from this company for 2-3 weeks and still was charged. Our prices become higher and higher. Internet is out of service more than it is in service. Unfortunately this is the only internet company in our area so my husband and I can not switch.
