What AT&T did:
They charge me for a cell phone that I did not have they actually penalize me for it and then they decided to shut off my phone and I had to pay that whole bill off in order to get what I needed they didn’t give me the full credit and I still turned off my phone after I had been made promises by many supervisors that assured me that the phone will not be cut off until the investigation was complete and none of the investigations were ever completed and done they just took it upon ourselves to turn off my phones and Internet for no reason at all because AT&T made a mistake of their own I sent them their phone back in time in plenty of time they had six months to get it straight it took them almost 7 months to get down into it and then once they got down into it they decided to turn my phones off

What AT&T did:
I canceled my service 3 years ago they continued to charge me and pull the auto of $67 for 18 months. After 3 years of arguing they said they’d give $953 refund but I received a debit card with $163 they still owe me $790. I’m tired of being blown off they say they’ll refund and never do. What AT&T did:
I’ve had nothing but problems with AT&T since I started my service every month I have to call because they just keep adding charges on my lines I asked to have them put insurance on my phones and they didn’t so I had to buy a whole Nother phones and I’m paying for phones that I can’t even use because of their negligence of doing their job my phones got shut off which I need because I’m a diabetic my fathers on my plan he’s got congestive heart failure they took money out of my account last month when they weren’t authorized to do so then this month they shut my phones off when prior to that I set a date later in the month to pay my bill and I want to be compensated for it I’ve got a new iPhone 13 Pro that they shut off on me and I can’t use it with another carrier because they got a lot well I’m not gonna pay for a phone if they’re gonna shut my service off on me when they weren’t supposed to my phone number is ***-***-****

I want them to unlock my iPhone 13 pro as they cut my service off so now no service and I have to pay all the phones off because their reps are negligent and didn’t add insurance when I bought them in an att store

What AT&T did:
I ordered my son and his fiance the new at the time iphone 8 plus iphones for buy 1 get 1 for equal or less value deal on June 30,2018. I ordered them online through AT&T.They sent only 1 phone.When I asked where the other phone was when I called they said it was on its way but a demonstrator on how to use the phone would deliver it.The person came like 2 days later and tried to sell us upgrades and attachments,we declined.Then I was tild I would be billed for both phones for the first month but then the buy 1 get one would go in effect.It never did they billed me for both i phone plus’s the entire contract despite my efforts and complaints to At&t to rectify the situation.They never did.They tried to say that because the 2nd phone sas delivered days later that I didnt order them together.Completely false….and fraud. I talked to AT&T representatives several times and got nowhere.I was overbilled for the entire time and had to pay gor both phones or was threatened to be cut off.They are a rip off company and now that these phones are paid off I am going to go elsewhere to a reputable company.Yhere have been many calls and complaints about this mayter but nothing was done ghey kept saying its resolved but It never was.

What AT&T did:
An IHE came to our home 10/19/2021 and sold us nothing but false product, 4 lines, new phones,would lower our bill if we switch from T-Mobile (184.00) to AT&T (163.38) free HBOMax. Never explaining we had to pay any fees for activation only taxes and fees, we were never told we would have to pay anything for the other 3 phones only the iphone which was $100.00, never explained it would be over 36 months money would be automaticly withdrawn from our account and a credit would take place the next month. Also we explained I have medical issues and needed a phone with a large screen, the IHE sold me an iphone which was smaller than the phone I had with T-Mobile I did reach out to him, 10/22 @7:20 pm via text he said that the other iphone would NOT be available until December, the issue was I needed/wanted an iphone, not acceptable he should have at his point told us about buyers remorse so we could have canceled. 10/23 @4:19pm via text IHE did say he could not return my phone after 14 days, but still did not explaine the 14 day buyers remorse, only that he could not return my phone after 14 days. I have had serious issues with my eyes and migraines because of this phone. We called and texted many times NEVER did we read the contract (our fault) or were we told about the 14 day buyers remorse. 10/27 @11:53 am via text I reach out to IME to tell him I am shocked by the charges for 2 phones, not the 4 lines, he then explains how the billing works. I see the first bill it is $293.02 I was shocked to see all the hidden fees, all the charges for the 2nd phone (NEVER told we would be charged for that phone) also that phone needed special needs and Unlimited hotspot the plan offered only came with 40GB and we were told we can add more if we need it… NO AT&T does NOT give/offer more than 40GB. it just goes on and on. We contacted AT&T via phone 11/4@4:04 pm I was given all information on all 4 phones, spoke with loyalty department they didn’t do anything because we were 2 days pass our buyers remorse, and they are not sure how this IME knew we had a tech coming to fix our internet. 11/4@5:35 pm called loyality again s/w Elisha couldn’t help us, 11/5 called back and spoke with Debbie she was able to give us 2 return authorization and my sister and mother were able to use the 14 day buyers remores. 11/5 @10 am called AT&T on panama they do not know who this person is and said for us to go into the office and they might be able to help, problem is my husband is a OTR turckdriver and wasn’t home. 11/7 @1:25 pm called loyality s/w Takora and Anasia helped give us credit and said to call IHE # which could not help me. 11/14 my husband call IME very upset left a message because he paid extra money on HDMI cords he can’t use (which the IME said to purchase) so he can mirror his phone to his computer. I spoke with Matt 11/15 1:13 pm he was so rude and cut me off and said I was rude which I was due to being ill and stressed due to this situation. He said, his IME did his jo

and any other furture money they will have us owe. Also due to NOT letting us unlock our phone and remove ourselves for their company , any hidden fees for us having to stay with them longer than we would care to also due to moving over to AT&T from T-Mobile we have to wait 90 days. Which we feel since we have had such a bad experience they should pay the months we have to stay with them
