DirecTV Claim for Compensation
What DirecTV did:
I have been sitting in my house 3 weeks with no tv waiting for them to send me replacement boxes. If they send it through the mail they charge me $20 and if they send a technician to fix the faulty box they again charge me $99. Customer service is a joke a bunch of people from other countries that have no clue what’s going on. It’s like talking to a robot. I’m furiously pissed
