What DirecTV did:
I have been sitting in my house 3 weeks with no tv waiting for them to send me replacement boxes. If they send it through the mail they charge me $20 and if they send a technician to fix the faulty box they again charge me $99. Customer service is a joke a bunch of people from other countries that have no clue what’s going on. It’s like talking to a robot. I’m furiously pissed

What DirecTV did:
I signed up for a specific package. But after a couple months our bill doubled. Then it seemed as if the bill just kept increasing until we couldn’t afford it so we still owe money on something that should’ve remained the same bill! This was in 2016
