What AT&T did:
Came to Att with an offer, after joining ATT the offer was not even a thing. I sent in devices from other provider in great condition and they say they are not in great condition. Credits not applied received devices late not my fault. Stuck w huge bill! They will not let me port out my lines even though i have everything in writing from agent still not being respected fully i want my numbers back! And to give them not one extra dollar!!

I gave them devices that i already owned for a promotion that was not validated for mistakes that were not mine!

What AT&T did:
Hi AT&T has me paying on a high phone every month my phone plan get higher I ask to return it bc I can’t pay it off they decline my offer and said I had 14 return policy when you first got the phone which no one told me anything

I pay for my bills and they will say they sent the money back to my bank I never seen the money

at&t kept going up on my bill it was supposed to be 109.00 a month for the bundle my bill started being 295.85 month within 60 days I had to keep internet for my children to do they school work at home on they laptop

What AT&T did:
The service has been out lately. Every time I’m on important phone calls the phone drops. I’ve lost out on work because I’m an independent contractor.we have over 6 people on this account. We have been with the company for more then ten years. I’ve lost more then enough money. The service isn’t covering in my area like they promised it would. They promise coverage for the whole area but it never covers.

Ok my cable package was supposed to be 90$ a month but my bill been 124$ a month the extreme of the taxes and fees and I have been paying these high prices and really can’t afford all I have is a basic channels with no premium channels I need relief because of all the overcharging

What AT&T did:
I am being forced to pay a bill and my service was having alot of issues i have called and complained many times they said that i was going to get my bill dropped or fixed i had the service for 2 months in a half and changed my service back over to t mobile because i was not able to use the service . They said they will call aug 13 to give me updates but then i got a letter in the mail that it went to collections they are showing misleading practices and undairness .

What AT&T did:
A few years ago, AT&T was advertising a BOGO (buy-one-get-one-free) deal on the Samsung S8. I went into the store to get my wife a phone originally just to replace those, but they baited me into the BOGO so I told them that I would just get her phone that day and think about replacing mine. They said that I had 2 weeks from the purchase date of her phone to add mine into the offer. I came back around 12 days later and they claimed that they added it onto the BOGO. About 6 months went by and I realized that the 2nd phone payment had not been taken off of our bill like they had stated it would after approximately 3 months. I called AT&T about 3 times on it and eventually it ended up that they said that they would escalate the case to another department and they would contact me for further details. They never did and I ended up paying full price for both phones instead of just one. The sum of the cost is around $600.00 give or take $25/month for 24 month on AT&T Next Plan.

Another issue is that I went to go get myself and my son a smart watch back in March of 2021 and they sold me the watches and put them on my account. I originally wanted just one watch for my son so that he could use it as a stand-alone watch acting as a phone so that I could call him from my phone. They once again were offering a BOGO on the watches, so I decided to get two watches. Towards the end of the sale, after they had already added the watches on my account and charged me, the salesman proceeds to tell me that the watches do not work on the AT&T network as a stand-alone watch which was the whole purpose of me getting them! They went through a whole process of calling Samsung for tech support to see if they could somehow get them to work. Anyway, long story short, I ended up returning them that day and they told me to wait approximately 2 months of bill cycle and the charges would come off of my bill. The NEXT Plan payments of $51.81 came off after April, but I am still being charged for Network Access fees of $10-$15/month for both watches.

What AT&T did:
AT&T suspended my service while I had a payment arrangement set up. They also processed a payment from me and promised to schedule a payment arrangement upon processing my payment and then after they processed my payment they told me there was nothing they could do for me. Mike ***** agent ID ma019v was the agent who made this promise via chat which I saved and then advised me there was nothing he could do.

I want them to honor my payment arrangement.

What AT&T did:
I was enrolled in their home internet for low income families. My monthly bill was $10 per month. During the height of the COVID 19 pandemic, my monthly was was suddenly close to $200. I was unable to make this payment due to loss of income. My children suffered as they were unable to attend online classes

What AT&T did:
I had cell service through them and for at least 3 months no one here with AT&T could use their phone at all yet they still charged and charged too much. Still wouldn’t let me get out so had to stop using them which is now on my credit.
