Called in to cancel before pricing increase was given an offer in order to stay days later I get the bill for increased pricing called in again to cancel and again lied to was offered a discount offer for mistake logged into account to verify bill is still showing for increased pricing
What would you like the company to do to fix the problem?
Waive $89.99 bill for their error and bad customer service
