What AT&T did:
I called on the 14th of this month And set up an accountI was supposed to get to iPhone 13 Pro Max for free to match US Cellular’s offer which was any phone of our choice for free or service free for a year and after my credit check they said it be done payment I was going to go with us cellular and they stopped me and waved the down payment and gave us the devices for free if we went with them then offered a Galaxy 812 since we had three lines for $1 a month since reporting over they were going to do this and that we could out of course mine since we had one device fear of bringing over our self and we would get $400 a monthly bill credit for that everything is set up agreed to pay 106 and taxes and we got cut offSince then for 4 daysWe’ve been callingTo get this finishedAndGot lied to five different accounts are created where people kept trying to redo it and then yesterdayThe girl was picking up for that person left off finally and put it over one of the number successfullyFrom a T-Mobile account which now to remember was $1,000 for early termination we can no longer go use our T-Mobile account we can’t take calls for business or credit card paymentsWe have lost an estimated $2,000 not being able to take credit card paymentsTotaling about $5,000 in

We want att to pay the 1000 dollars to T-Mobile for them messing up our T-Mobile service and early termination on 3 lines equals 1000 because att ported over one of our numbers abd I ha e email to prove it abd the entire process recorded abd for 5 days bot Taki g credit card payments abd bot bei g able to answer our 911 calls for mecca wreck list we ha e lost about 5000 dollars att is fully responsible for this and we want to sue for not giving g consent to the lady we recorded to run another credit check when she knew it was waived abd approved on the 14th and there’s boway for att to win this argument or dispute because we recorded every second of it abd we replayed it for te supervisor so they know we aren’t playing so pay us what you have caused us to lose abd I request that it be done within a 7 day period or we will take it further we shouldn’t be without the money we lost due to there actions a d we are bot waiting MO this for it not even one abd if we do ha e to wait a month were going to go ahead abd tak this one all the way to the bank beings that we were under no contract abd cab sue them in legal court setting this is a generous offer abd a chance to save themselves the humility that they caused for us abd it needs to be within 7 days

What AT&T did:
They gave me a bill for $297.00 and my bill was only supposed to be 120. 00 a month and they sent me to 3 stores and they tried changing. E a $55 restocking fees. When the company said they was not charging me the fee. So i left phone at AT&T on the table. No they will not release my phone number. Back to metro by t mobile. Telling me that i need to do it.

I’ve had problems since the beginning of service on September 11th,2021. One week after service started i seen the bill which said i had a business account and i didn’t ask for a business account, i wanted a personal account because i don’t have a business. After 6 hours of being on the phone with them and being transferred over several times, and this happening several times, i said I’m done and switched to xfinity mobile. They would not listen to a word that i said to them. When i first signed up the store tried to make me pay three times the amount that I was promised to have to pay so I had to get online and speak to a customer service representative who then gave me the correct price, but, when I first went into the store they said I could only get my phone for that day that I could not get my brothers or my son’s phone that they had to come in personally and get it and I told them my brother is disabled and my son is in school so that’s not going to happen and they said well I don’t know you’ll have to wait and so a couple days went by and I’m like okay my family needs their phones so I’m going to call them. That’s when they gave me the price of around $80 downpayment as opposed to the apx $400 that the store was trying to make me pay. So, a few weeks later after continually having problems with at&t being switched from one representative to another and saying please hold, holding for hours and waiting to be only to be switched to yet another representative I got tired of it and I told them after 2 weeks that I wanted to cancel service. They did not listen to me they said oh no everything is fine and then they finally switched me from business to personal and I’m like okay but you’re not understanding I’m not paying $496 a month for three lines of unlimited that is ridiculous and they tried to explain it away but it still just doesn’t make any sense to me so I said okay let me send the phones back and they said well you can’t do that and I’m like yeah I can and they said well here how about we do this, this,& this and try to sweeten up the deal and I’m like whatever so I was on the hunt for another phone service because I knew this wasn’t going to work out. So after I went to Xfinity and I had to exchange numbers from from one device to another because I got new devices with Xfinity I was having trouble with my brother’s phone and when Xfinity and I called them they said that they could not give a shipping label to me so that I could ship the phone’s back no no I had to pay the entirety of the bill and then I had to pay the entire price of the phones. That it would be pointless to even try to send it back because I would still need to pay for the full price of the phones and I’m trying to explain to them that ever since a week after i started service that I’ve been wanting to stop service or give them the phones back and they’ve been refusing and they said well sorry after 2 weeks you can’t give the phones back. it’s ridiculous they want me to pay for the really horrible service that I had to begin with and I’ve been trying to cancel service and get them to send me a shipping label or shipping instructions to send these phones back since a week after and they did not do that, they simply flat out refused my request and would not cooperate. It’s been nothing but trouble and they don’t listen to me they just keep repeating the same sentence over and over again. I’m at a loss. I don’t know what to do. Please help.

I purchased a phone iPhone 13 pro Mac from a retail AT&T store in the coastal Grande Mall Myrtle Beach, SC and The clerk said I could not use my Verizon phone number so I had to use a new one. I said I just wanted the phone only she said no, you want the phone and a new number then, you can switch when Verizon releases your number. So I paid $1187.99 on my Amex for the phone right there. I have the bill to prove it. It was back ordered. I received a bill before I received the phone for $60 more than what she said so I call AT&T customer service and ask questions about my phone number that is going to be unlocked I want that number and also my phone did not arrive yet why am I being charged from day 1 for a service I cannot use? They said they would cancel my account. That was THEIR solution, not mine. So no bill and no problem right? Phone comes in and when I go to turn it on for service it’s locked. I make dozens of phone calls to get the run around like you would not believe! The website that they tell you to go to unlock your device loops in a frustrating non-working circle. I get customer service to run a “ticket” which they say will resolve things. Each time the ticket comes back 48 hours later denied to unlock my phone that I OWN outright because I upgraded my service lately! What?! THEY made the decision to cancel it!!! I go to the corporate store where they suggested I could get it unlocked and no kidding the guy says “yeah that’s a myth” obviously he tried to sell me an AT&T plan but I’m 25 days into this and I’m begging him saying “please look at my receipt I paid $1187.99 my phone was mailed later and your customer service canceled my account why am I being punished?” He said “ all the big carriers lock the phones it is their policy” But I paid for my phone 100% first and AT&T messed up he said “doesn’t matter”
Clearly. But it should. My phone is being held hostage. I just wanted it unlocked. Last call I made was to the retention center where they explained the original phone number they gave me someone else now has. I will remain locked and I explained I was lied to, the decision to cancel was not mine and AT&T got paid for the phone, and now by another using the phone number, I want my phone unlocked. They said there is nothing they can do about it. I’m not suing because I’m angry I’m suing because they need stopped. This is America how are they getting away with this?

I purchased a device protection plan for my 3 iPhone 13 pro 128gb for my business . MY employees lost their phones in September 2021 and at&t won’t uphold the policy by replacing them. So they still making me pay for the phones I no longer have and for the device protection plan which they won’t let me use. I’m asking for a phone replacement or a complete refund of everything I paid

Service keeps going up and poor service for Internet and streaming TV with company! I have the highest speed for Internet services! Lag in viewing with the steaming tv services with At and T! I pay $109 monthly for tv services and $50 for internet services! This is a constant issue

i got a 1000 from att ti pay my bill n take iff four phones which they did but ghe i had to pay 305 to restore service cuz they added more charges after we agreed. and i get docial security n the 305 was half my check n not prepared to pay. att is awesome but these feed after settlement has made me unable to pay my bills thus montg. i owe u and i have half of it n am trying to get the other half to pay u on 23 of november
