What Suddenlink did:
I purchased an altice amplify speaker for 300 dollars from a pawn shop and the suddenlink site says sthat you do not have to have a suddenlink account to use the speaker. when I try to set up the speaker it says that there is a problem with my account. I called suddenlink and was told that there is nothing they can do and no one has any knowledge onn the subject. I have called nujmerous times and gotten the run aaround.
they are supposed to replace the speaker it is under warranty
