What Suddenlink did:
I purchased an altice amplify speaker for 300 dollars from a pawn shop and the suddenlink site says sthat you do not have to have a suddenlink account to use the speaker. when I try to set up the speaker it says that there is a problem with my account. I called suddenlink and was told that there is nothing they can do and no one has any knowledge onn the subject. I have called nujmerous times and gotten the run aaround.

they are supposed to replace the speaker it is under warranty

What Suddenlink did:
I have Wi-Fi sevice only and I received information that someone used my username and password and a fraud alert was sent to my bank . They ended up saying someone tryed getting into my account online . I have documents stated the someone used my information and seeking legal help. Suddenlink hasn’t sent me a paper bill like I asked
