What Spirit Airlines did:
Im arrived to check-in at Spirit Airlines 45 mins before flight. I go to the boot self-check in and they send me to the agent service which is long line and I have to stay in the line for 20 mins. After that, the helper told me I was late for the flight and there is no way to let’s you enter the airplane unless you pay 99$ re-booking fee. It’s was an emergency, I told them I would like to cancel the ticket and they said no way they can do it. Even though, I have a protection insurance. I drove 8 hours back and forth. I get really angry and I broke up my relationship with my wife 4 years. It’s happen today and I would like to suing them for that. The customer supports are super bad, They shake their head and do an ugly Aguirre with customers. They said you slow the lines, you have to move on. They don’t solve anything. Only want to get more money from your pocket.
What would you like the company to do to fix the problem?
There is no way to fix their mistake. It’s already happened and I will have to regret for the rest of my life when I broke up with my wife.
