What AT&T did:
At the end of August I called AT&T to temporarily disconnect my daughters cell. Several weeks went by and I got my bill and it was over $800. I called atnt and got no where. Transferred to many different customer service representatives and even got disconnected several times. They eventually told me that the line was disconnected permanently. And the only was to get it reconnected was to pay a past due balance to u verse from several years ago. We finally got ahold of someone from UVERSE after calling many times. We paid the last due balance and then called atnt back to reconnect the line and we were told it was to late. I personally spent over 6 hours if not more talking to customer service. How they handled me who has been a customer for many years and always pay my bill on time is insane. This was their mistake but yet I have to pay for it. I just got my daughter a new phone and because she did something I did not approve of I punished her and temporarily disconnected her line to teach her a lesson. Yet I’m being the one punished. The hours I’ve spent with atnt customer service would blow anyone’s mind. Atnt promised they would reconnect the line if I paid a old UVERSE account off and I did that then they tell me it’s too late to reconnect the line. Like I said I called to have her line temporarily disconnected and they misunderstood and permanently disconnected it and they charged me for the phone that I was paying on monthly.

What AT&T did:
I have a lien on my current home from Att for 90k from a so called claim from 2012 yellow pages add they said I owed 29k judgment and now is to 90k with free and interest . I never received any certified mail or letters on this matter from att .

What AT&T did:
I currently use AT&T internet and it runs slow. I only use my internet for 2 TVs 2 phone and a iPad and it runs very slow. I called in and tried for someone to come out and check the connection but no one ever has. Not to mentio When I signed up for the AT&T tv I was supposed to get a $200 gift card last year I never got it. I have called several times and everyone says that they would look into it and never looks into it.

What AT&T did:
Got a under a contract with AT&T had 14 days to return the phone if I didn’t like it. I went to three different stores to retry to return the phone and they refused to take it. Then they kept charging me for it and eventually put bad marks on my credit over $900

What AT&T did:
I asked for and was promised a flat rate of $55.00 a month for unlimited talk and text with an IPhone. Two weeks later they were sending me letters that I was late on a payment. I tried repeatedly to get through to them and they hung up on me. The following month they charged me $25 more than the promised rate. I went in to a store and had to use their phone to talk to a customer service rep on the phone and he took off the extra fees but the following month they still charged me extra. I then went back to the original store where I purchased the iPhone and the services for it and the manager said she couldn’t help me. The following month I cut off the service.

What AT&T did:
Very low service quality for extremely high service fees and charges that for services that did not work in my household. They also switched over to Dish TV, and I was not made aware of this at all but the service was still horrible so I inquired about canceling my plan with them they still said I had to pay the full termination fee even though they advertised no cancelation fees.

Lied about how much my bill would be when I asked them to correct it they upped it even more when I asked to cancel my service the fined me over $2000 even when the equipment was returned and it went on my credit report

I was promised initially 200.00 per line on a visa gift card for porting and singing up with att as new customer so totals 400.00 Wich I never recieved as promised then the same representative who signed me up on the phone made 2 other promises Wich I have not received they are my installment plans would be 5 dollars a month for each iPhone se Wich it’s not 5.00 it’s 11 dollars and some change per line this agent said I could also receive a 200 dollar credit per line for trading in my devices Wich I did not do because my phones had no value through my old carrier also the same representative explained to me that he would price match my bill so I’m not paying a lot more than I was paying because of my disability and me receiving a low amount of income. So I agreed paid the 70 in taxes to port my numbers from my old carrier to att my phones arrived I activated the two iPhones. I saw the 11 dollars and change I called att and they said oh it will be added one to two billing cycles not to worry this was in September. Here it is November 21 2021 I called I spoke to a few reps yesterday first rep kept pressuring me to sign up for automatic bill pay I refused because my bill is due on the 5th and I like to pay early (very unhelpful) I hung up spoke to a lady rep who looked into my account found the promotion and it expired just before I activated the phones so she said she could not make the installments 5 dollars but what she was going to do was give me the deductions at once as bill credit 10:19 am was when I called so here’s the breakdown she did she took the installment amount subtracted 5.00 got the amount of the discount multiplied that by 36 months and multiplied that by 2 Came up with 403 then she said ok as for the gift cards you were promised I will credit those to she said ok I put in for the 200 dollar credit for the Visa card you never got now I asked what about the credits for the installment plan she said she is working on that because only amount they can credit during one claim is 600 dollars so she finished the one credit of two hundred dollars and said she’s working on the 600.00 adjustment now she said she finished the 600.00 credit and that would show up today on 11-21-21 so I said ok thanked her and she said your welcome and rest assured I will see the 600 dollar credit on my account we disconnected I called back towards the end of the business day to check the status of the claim and the guy I spoke to said oh I don’t see that claim was rude to me when I explained it to him accused me of trying to get financial gain from att I told him no I’m not I broke down everything to him I went round and round with him and finally he said well for this issue I can’t do anything for the credits but to keep you as a customer I’m going to give you two free phones Samsung a12 and I’m waiving taxes activation and giving you two new numbers as for the credits I need to wait and they could be there today on 11-22-21 I checked the credits are still not there. So 11-22-21 I called they transferred me to the loyalty department no help was supposed to call me back with a resolution but did not call me back. Now I can get 4 lines for 100 dollars i explained to the agent at my old carrier unlimited talk text picture messaging and I get 15 gb hotspot every month for 100.00 on the 5G network this guy said your bill because I have 4 lines is going to be 180 I’m like hell no that’s way too much money I said att is competitive then he started pressuring me in automatic bill pay I told him I want my option of paying it before my due date I told him I could get 4 lines for 100 a month for the services I said I don’t mind paying the extra 22 dollars and change a month because I have installment plan on both devices that’s when he said they would call me back in a hour and I said ok no call back all I want is what was promised to me nothing more

What AT&T did:
I was charged service for a phone I never received. First months charges reversed, but they failed to cancel account. Now, after 4 phone calls, and 2 hang ups. I can’t talk to a live representative unless I pay “past due” amount for a phone I do not own. I was billed ***-***-****, the charges were reversed per phone conversation 11/03/21. I was assured the account was canceled. On 11/22/21 I received a statement saying I owe 157.61, the reversed amount in addition to another month at ***-***-****, plus a 7.00 fee. This account was supposed to be canceled. I have spent several hours on the phone. No one apparently can help me, and this is going to negatively effect my credit score.

What AT&T did:
I requested to have my number ported out with AT&T and they keep denying it.
There is no contract and the phone was paid off.
They keep making up lies saying I am giving them an invalid PIN number.
I have proof thet these PIN numbers that were generated on their system were in fact correct and valid.
They won’t release my number to Consumer Cellular in fact forcing me to stay with them because it’s a hassle

I want the company to pay damages for what they have done to me. It’s illegal

I called and talked to a manger about my phone Service my phone would lose signal for hours for no reason. Do to that I missed work I work from my phone so I lost out on money a lot of it and on top of that it wouldn’t even let me call 911 I don’t understand it at all the managers told me they were sorry they will send a new phone never did anything

I was offered business wireless service at great rates and devices. I initially ordered 8-10 devices of which I received 3. I explained that I would need 15-18 total lines to the initial sales rep and she was full steak ahead. After receiving the first 3 devices I got an email stating they were out of stock on the iPhone 12 pro. At this point I was told to go back and forth between the store and online support. I got nowhere. I started calling att everyday the month of October 2021. I was lied to hing up on cussed at etc. Pure disgrace. It took me 80+ employees to get a lady who said she had a contract in warehouse and serious check on my order. Come to find out 5 weeks later it was being held but fraud bc it was a large order and new acct. Ok. I can accept that although someone should of notified me before 5 weeks and without me having to spend close to 209 hours on phone. So that rep and I called fraud dept as I have nothing to hide and they stated yes they got involved early on did an investigation, validated the business and I was good to go ” the flood gates are open” exact words of fraud guy. Any way after a few small orders here and there by sitting on phone for hundreds of hours I have 9 phones. So I went to order another 10 as the rep told me he applied for 10 additional lines and was approved so I decided to get a few iPads for upcoming contracts and projects. The order is cancelled again. So I call loyalty and speak with a guy who finally seems to understand. He says we will apply for lines. Call back again to say good to go but a 600 deposit will be do. So I said ok And gave him my cc info and order was placed agreeing to next day the shipment. Week he puts a different company name on my order “The Home Depot”. With my info address etc. Welk guess what. Orders cancelled. So our of desperation I call a rep I did get a couple of phones through and explained and asked him to help me place order. So he did. He reached out to departments required including fraud who he and I spoke to and they said was good to go. We place order and the next day is cancelled. 1st off my 600 was never returned and broken up into (2)300.00 payments and illegally applied to bill. I agreed for my card to be charged for merchandise only not bill credit. If order cancelled my money should of went back to CC. I feel more than taken advantage of. I was also offered and promised 3 free months of service from the same rep that stolen my monies. I was charged 330.00 for (4) device down payments that I was promised would be waived but we’re actually such in on bill making it 1300 higher. All scam all lies is truely how I feel. No I have to attempt to place yet another order and hope do or the best. Bottom line att has cost me countless time thousands of dollars and god only knows how much revenue by supplying apporox 50% of the agreed upon devices I would need. Business Sales did a great job at selling the car product yet the customer care,billing,fraud etc have made this one of the worst business decisions I could’ve enter made. 180+ employees and approx 194 hours AT LEAST There Are other detail I meant to add but this is the gist of started 9/20 still haven’t gotten resolution on 11/21

I’ll take phone/ bill credits for a portion. I should owe them a penny. They crippled my business and I’ve had to fight to become a legit customer and still no resolution
