Cash App Locked My Account

What Cash App did:
I lost cash app card. Then phone with account broke. I gave all the information necessary to the account and more. Yet they won’t transfer funds to new account and said we can’t do anything at this time we’ll I’ve been patiently waiting and they won’t reply to me at all. I need that money I don’t know what there problem is but it’s ridiculous
