What Metro by T-Mobile did:
A metropcs customer service representative was screaming at me and yelling at me and over-talking me and stressing me out. That same customer representative locked me out of my account! They have a recording on file from the representative doing this to me and I am now suffering from high blood pressure and emotional pain and suffering as a result from this. I’m also suffering from severe anxiety As a result from this. They harmed me financially by causing medical bills and emotional pain and suffering that will require me to have to get treatment for it which will cost a lot.

What Metro by T-Mobile did:
I’ve put in multiple tickets for my days being used too fast and the system blocking my payments. I’ve put in 3 tech support tickets and all are unsolved. My phone is not suspended and I am unable to pay my bill due to my payments being blocked. The rep told me to use WiFi until the problem is solved.

What Metro by T-Mobile did:
I pay 55 dollars for unlimited data a month and having unlimited means never run out of data but they give about 35 gigs before losing it all and I don’t feel like paying 55 dollars a month for something I’m not really paying for
