What Spectrum did:
I had Spectrum internet and cable before I moved, it worked ok. Once I moved in March of 2021 and had my services transferred I have had nothing but issues. I am paying for 1GB of internet, which Spectrum can not provide because the node at the pole need updated which they have known about for 6 months and still haven’t done anything about it and when I called last night about our internet again they said they just found out about this problem and it should be fixed soon which is what they told me 6 months ago and absolutely nothing was done. I have had around 30 technicians at my house trying to resolve this issue and even out of their own mouths I have been told that spectrum is knowingly offering internet speeds that they cannot provide. They know it needs updated. I work from home and I need the internet that I am rightfully paying for and deserve. There is no reason this should be taking this long. I keep getting lied to about what is happening and what is going on and when it is going to be fixed.
What would you like the company to do to fix the problem?
I want them to fix the problem that they know everybody is having. I also want a refund for the last 8 months and compensation for the inconvenience for my job.
