My bill is so high 700.00 a month I have friends that have same amount lines there Ville little over 300 mine started out 342.00 now 700 therd no way I can keep paying this there rud hateful they shut u off as u are paying ur bill there want work with u my name is Debra *****

I think they need go threw my bills it’s not right for last 4 years

What Verizon Wireless did:
They took my money out of my bank acct and left me with nothing , we had an agreement that I wouldn’t have to pay until December 31st related to covid. I should not be at fault or overdue because of the agreement and now Verizon does not want to give me my money back ,i need help asap

What Verizon Wireless did:
I am 71 years old on a budget and I upgraded my phone (traded in a 8+ for the original phone) and they took the credits from the original phone I traded in… I had an 8+ paid in full, traded for an 11 pro max and a year later ungraded to 13 pro max. They record their calls and refuse to review the call. They never once told me I would loose the $40 credits from my PAID in full phone (8+) and I received the msg that I would loose the credits a week after I mailed back the 11 pro max and received the 13 pro . My bill went from $324 t $365. I can’t afford this and they refuse to send my phone back and let me return this one.

What Verizon Wireless did:
I was young and not prepared for how a phone company will work you over. Bought my first iPhone with a plan with them after literally 2-3 months they started jacking up the price insanely high, which I was assured wouldn’t happen, now I apparently owe them money, when all the money I paid them I believe I deserve some back! It’s been on my credit for years and Verizon has been ignoring me consistently.
