What Verizon Wireless did:
I contacted Verizon and spoke with Patrick who advised me my Verizon service was just not good and I needed to be realistic about it. This is probable the worst interaction I have ever had. After calling verizon and explaining that my calls drop the phone freezes and while talking to them screensharing 2x’s my services have dropped.

What Verizon Wireless did:
I had a domestic violence issue happening at the moment and when we left, it was more important to get a hotel than to pay a phone bill. We got charged 40 dollars for every phone that got disabled. I tried to explain to Verizon but they were like too bad. By the end of it we owed 900 dollars. I couldn’t afford it

What Verizon Wireless did:
Okay, I did a payment plan with Verizon for a IPhone pro 11 & I know for a fact that I’ve paid over $650 in that phone, I’ve decided to leave the service to go to t-mobile because how horrible there service was but some reason they say I owe them $956.50 left on that account and the crazy thing is they kicked me out the account but they still say I owe them that much. I hate this company so much.

I used to have Verizon phone and I have the bverizin reuse card and has $100 on it with an unscratch pin….Verizon won’t refund my money…don’t know what the main reason why they can’t take the card back…..” “ they can’t do refund upon purchase”””
