What Verizon Wireless did:
I contacted Verizon and spoke with Patrick who advised me my Verizon service was just not good and I needed to be realistic about it. This is probable the worst interaction I have ever had. After calling verizon and explaining that my calls drop the phone freezes and while talking to them screensharing 2x’s my services have dropped.
