What Cellular SAles of Northern Florida did:
Transferred 6 lines at that store to Verizon. We did not know they were a authorized dealer as the Verizon signs do not indicate such. We were charged $ 40.00 per line as “set up fee” which was not disclosed and then $35.00 per line by Verizon. Both fees were not disclosed when speaking with clerk named Evan on fist contact. Also credits related to our 2 I-phones 11 Max Pro in the amount of $ 1,000.00 and $350.00 from the transfer of another line were not credit to our account. Since November the 13th, 21 until today, November the 25th, we have two lines that do not work and we spent more than 20 hours on the phone with Verizon support to resolve the issue, speaking with more than 12 different persons. The store did nothing to resolve the issue when we were there for FOUR HOURS on November the 13th and until today.
What would you like the company to do to fix the problem?
A full refund of all charges at that store and the activation fee on the Verizon first billing.
