Citibank Locked My Account

What Citibank did:
They locked my account for no reason this is the second time i went through this with Citi bank they also told me they have sent a letter thru the mail last week & told me it takes 5-7 business days & it been a week & i haven’t received the letter now i can’t pay bills & i have a daughter to take care of

What would you like the company to do to fix the problem?

I want them to close my account & give me my money back
