Charter Spectrum Bad Customer Support

What Charter Spectrum did:
False advertisement from Spectrum Mobile in regards to having 2 lines for 60 dollars. The fine print which I downloaded makes no mention that the 2 lines must be brand new lines to be eligible. According to them this is in the terms and conditions, it is not, they want to charge me 80 dollars a month because one of the lines was existing. When asking to speak to a manager or executive communications team, they hang up on me.

What would you like the company to do to fix the problem?

Refund, apology, adjustments of price, and time spent fixing this.
