What Sprint did:
Unfair practices concerning leasing of phone then still not paid off requiring large sum at end of contract. To wit committed fraud and violated state consumer protection laws with its Flex Lease Agreement program. In reality, I end up paying significantly more than the value of the device due to Sprint’s ongoing monthly charges after the lease terms end

What Sprint did:
I order a phone from Sprint / TMobile and paid the price the they told. I clearly told them I want the phone unlock being that I have bought from them. They have also with out me knowing change my plan on my phone and put me in a 2 year agreement with out my permission.

I want reimbursement for the 40 plus hours of my time of talking to Sprint / Tmobile and as well damages for lost income for their negligence,and punitive damages for negligence on there part

What Sprint did:
I opened a new with sprint in July of 2020 and within the 2nd month of being with sprint my bill was 210 dollars with a payment of 80 dollars due. I realized this back in January of 2021 that my sprint account was an extra $50 than what they we’re suppose to be charging me. Including there special with being a new sprint account holder I get an iPhone 11 for free. I put 5 claims in in regards to my issue and still no answer. It’s uNovember of 2021 now and I have no service on my phone and it’s redecillas of how long this has been going on.

What Sprint did:
I’ve been charged for a phone they owe me over 700.00 and refuse to refund me my money back to my bank account. Everytime I’ve called they say they transfer me or they try to give me crap options or try to get me to upgrade. I’ve told them on multiple occasions to turn the phone off they refuse to do so and continue to charge me for a phone that is paid off and not even in use. They refuse to refund my money they added it to my sprint account after I told them that that is not what I wanted someone told me that was the only way I’d be able to get my refund back to my bank account then after told me I was no longer going to be able to get the refund back because it was credit to my account. This was three months ago. I called today they still refusing to refund me my money and they still continue to charge me for the phone and trying to make me upgrade
