Airbnb Claim for Compensation

What Airbnb did:
I booked an Airbnb for about 24 days starting November 26th, 2021.I arrived to the place around 4pm and the host gave me a bunch of excuses telling me the place was not ready yet and that they need more time to clean up the place. I waited for about 2 hours until I went to the place office and talked to the manager on site just to found out this was a fraud/scam, Airbnb is not authorize to list their apartment building on any platform since they are a leasing company and never do Airbnb. I called airbnb and they had me waiting until around 11pm just to send me to an unsafe neighborhood (gang members and graffiti everywhere, also prostitution goes on in the street. I actually send them pictures of the place and the neighborhood but even it was unsafe airbnb wanted me to stay there no matter what) for the 5 days that I’m supposed to wait for me to get the refund back (over $1000.00)
I tried to call them and spoke to different agents and managers and none of them where able to help me out and so I stayed in the phone with Airbnb until November 27th, 21 at 4:30am. Me and my family had the worst night ever since we were pretty much obligated to sleep in my car at a parking lot because we did not have anywhere else to go and Airbnb took all the money we had set aside for hotel/accommodations. I’m loosing a day of work already because this issue and it looks like airbnb wants me to spend my second night in my car. My family and I are exhausted to be dealing with airbnb customer service and management since they do nothing to almost nothing to help me in this situation.

They promised accommodations for the time I wait to get reimbursed (they said at least 5 days)
They haven’t fulfill any of their promises. I would like to ask extra compensation for “liquidated damages and emotional damages.”
