What Charter Spectrum did:
Pulled money out of my bank account 2 months in a row for someone else’s cell phone account. We do.not use their services ffg or cellular. Had to close my bank account as withdrawals caused overdraft. Called them 3 times, tickets opened by customer service, nothing done. On last call they told me it was cellular dept issue. Transferred me to cellular who could Do nothing without a phone number. Seriously, I dont know who is getting free phone service from my checking account. No accountability. Permission was never given to them for ACH withdrawals. Total is only $245 but its alot to me.
What would you like the company to do to fix the problem?
My money returned or credited to actual internet service account.
