T-Mobile Claim for Compensation

T-Mobile Claim for Compensation

What T-Mobile did:
I was sprint customer, after merger with t-mobile, had horrible service/reception, several trips to store for fix, kept replacing SIM card, no help. Then screen cracked on flex leased phone. Had insurance and it was Paid. another trip t-mobile store and told t mobile did not offer that insurance, that was sprint and they were not going to cover it. Wanted me to pay an outrageous amount to switch to t-Mobile pay that phone off at a massively higher price than deductible would have been and buy one of there phones. At that time it was about 225 to pay phone outright. That day I switched carriers and ported number. Have made several in person attempts and calls over last two months to return the equipment but they refuse to take it back. Got a e-mail saying I have to pay $400 now for the phone and going to collections! Charged me for insurance they would not honor, refuse to take equipment back as contract with sprit stated, and now the balance has doubled as well! Threatening collections unless pay. I feel as tho I am being extorted!

What T-Mobile did:
I sent my phone in for a trade in. I was not giving a credit for my phone, basically it was stolen by T-mobile. I was promised by email I was also not give all the credits promised b by T-mobile.
Told I would receive $400 in bill credits, never received.
Told I would receive a $100 gift card after 30 days, never received.
Was told I would receive a minimum $330 for my trade in, they received my phone, and I received nothing.
T-mobile owes me $830.

What T-Mobile did:
Horrible switch that causes me to constantly lose service, 2 of my phones have no service at all, the sim card switch was trash it did nothing, to upgrade cost way more than before, and I paid for a watch that I owned for several months, continue to pay large sums of cash for non working devices and the increase in my bill by 200$ with no new devices and 2 paid for. Mysteriously added charges for reconnects and anonymous things just to keep taking from poor families that need their phones. Sister was stranded with my niece for 2 days because 5g does not work at all!!! Then after paying so much for each device we are then told to upgrade and which will result in a much higher bill. Reps are rude, no issue gets solved and to ask for a payment extension is a sin. They have cut me off for $.17…..3 phones shall be removed in time if not all for the horrible service I received upon the switch!

Stop over charging and then making up your own charges. Straight talk is the cheapest and most reliable service
