What AT&T did:
sent me a high bill knowing i had to port out because of the defective phones in service would not work i had to call them Mutiple times / messages to try to get them to fix it but no luck so i ported out and they was getting a load of money them phones and service was not supposed to be high they were charging 600 to 400 it was only supposed to be 200 and something now they trying to get me out of another 700 hundred they price changing frauded me on price changing that’s all they did the whole time I was there triple charge me for sucky and really slouchy service and got me out of 300 or more on a bill I says how’s is it 300 more they say I don’t know could not tell me where the big difference came in you have to watch them they will defraud you out of money on price changing quick and in a hurry but when you contact support they don’t help and don’t even know why you was charged 300 or 700 more than the bill

call the bill even and give me 650 cash because the way yawl did me was bad, I’m on ssi disability income and in debt bad from where yawl price changing and triple charging me, I had to borrow money just to pay yawl and pay my bills cause yawl was taken all my income for your price changing fraudsters taken advantage of me leaving me broke and in debt bad after yawl stole all my money every month from all these high and ridiculous bills

What AT&T did:
I cancelled my AT&T U-verse service in 2017 and sent back the equipment. The service was never actually cancelled, and I have had several terrible experiences with AT&T customer service trying to get the service cancelled and to get a refund for the months that I have been charged after cancelling the service. I was finally able to get them to cancel the service in November 2021, but have been denied any kind of refund, despite the fact that the equipment was returned and their records show that I have zero usage of the service every month for the past four years. In addition to the $45+ per month that I have been charged for the past four years, I was treated with complete disrespect and derision by AT&T customer service (with the exception of the one agent who finally actually cancelled the service), and the situation has inflicted a great deal of stress for several years now.

What AT&T did:
My service goes down (freezes)
every single morning at 1:01 am.
I have placed numerous complaints and have had numerous dispatchs to my home where they only exchange the boxes and problem still exits.
Phone service cuts off on almost
every call

Replace and rewire complete
system.

What AT&T did:
I bought a new phone for $475 from them and a 1 year warranty in August and in September it quit working. At&t refuses to honor the warranty or refund me even though I have a receipt as well. Tasha from Springfield Illinois at&t told me I was a terrible customer
