What Vivint did:
Wrote a negative Google review 8/2021 that customer service refused to send out service tech for inoperable security equipment. Monthly charges continue to be deducted for equipment that is not working at all. I’m diagnosed with PTSD & DO NOT feel secure in my home. I’m paying for inadequate & unreliable services which is causing me undue, unnecessary stress, anxiety, and pain & suffering dealing with Vivint’s customer service department.
