What AT&T did:
I wanted to cancel my prepaid plan, I called on 11/29/21 to cancel my plan and after a few calls and hour’s on the phone they said all I had to do was stop paying. In the mean time my phone got locked the same day although my phone was not an att phone and I had bought on 9/1920 for $385 my Samsung galaxy A51 phone unlocked from a different vender. I haven’t been able to use my phone since, and was told I have wait until March of next year. I’ve call again next day and was told they would call me back but they didn’t call back.

I want my phone unlock, since it’s not their phone.

FirstNet salesmen came onto my hospital unit without permission without permission by the hospital-hawking free stuff (active medical unit). I was not aware of this and it was
During COVID 19 shutdown. They signed me up for everything and activated 2 lines without my permission. They gave me a “free watch” that was financed on my account. Called FirstNet dozens of times with promises of reimbursing me for charges that never happened. I have paid several hundred dollars since 7/21 inception and my bill is about $700 and overdue. In October I went to the Corporate ATT store in Braintree MA. To try to get help with the bill and turned in the not free Apple watch. The manager Kevin said he would adjust the excess charges. He never did this. Well I received the $755 bill and they are still charging me for the watch. FirstNet says they never received the watch at the end of October and said they “would look into it”. I have multiple notes that are documented on my account at at ***-***-**** thru Customer Service. I continue to be charged for the watch- that they now tell me must be returned within 14 days for a refund (last weeks call). I said but where is the watch? Honestly they keep thanking you for your service like it’s just a gimmick. I believe I was at a disadvantage when these salesmen showed up on the 6S unit at the Shattuck Hospital the second week of July telling me they were not ATT (which I switched from after 20 years). This was why I signed up. These salesman work out of the Braintree MA. Store. When I complained to the manager Kevin at the Corporate store (where FirstNet suggested I go to resolve this) visit he said the salesmen did not work out of that store- but when I asked a 2nd time he said they did. I told him that they had no permission from the hospital to be there. He said they did. I asked “who gave it?’ And he would not answer. I told him he wasn’t truthful because at that time COVID 19 Restrictions did not allow visitors- a fact. Well my bill is $665 and I can’t afford to pay it. Two weeks ago I completed an online bill dispute form with ATT at their website. I believe this is fraud and I was at a disadvantage to consider a false contract while I am busy caring for patients. They had no permission to be there and put vulnerable patients at risk violating restrictions. This was criminal- and I work f0r the State Department of Public Health. It was in hindsight (so busy) that I realized they had no business being there selling phones. One of the Salesman going out asked me who he would need to ask permission from to do a bigger event on the premises.

I want an apology to the Hospital for violating a shutdown order for COVID-19; putting vulnerable patients at risk; putting me through agony of dealing with customer service and the corporate store for doing nothing and wasting many hours of my time. I want out of this contract with no termination fees. This was criminal as far as I am concerned-if I could sue I would and want damages for what they have put me through in 4 short months

im being charged the same amount almost every bill and soon as i pay it a week later they charge me again claiming my payment was reversed i have bill statements of successful payments and customer support will not correct this instead they shut my phone off forcing me to pay this amount again and again the amount is $1,265.73 cents in which the account is currently suspended this is forcing me to poverty my girlfriend has paid this to help me and a friend has helped me once because of this i cant support my family please help me im losing all ive worked hard for me and my family are close to being homeless its already cost me selling our car we lost our power for a month and since i have no transportation weve lost our jobs this has been on going for the last 3 to 5 months

we dont want the money we are not greedy i feel ive been taking advantage of and violated of my integrity i only wish that you make this right by my service being free for as long as i am a at&t customer and that my phone be unlocked from the carrier lock and that fair shake receive their commission for representing this case im a good Christian man and believe this is fair

They have the worst service ever I can’t not even get basic help to set up my account on my phone I have been pushed from one person to the next for 3 or 4 month while no one is helping. Me as my bill continues to grow and I can’t get In to change it, I want out my contract

ATT has screwed us royally financially. We have had them for over 5 years, 5 lines two of them being hotspots for internet. We had the unlimited plus plan grandfathered to us.

End of October my husband and I went in to see about getting a 5G upgrade. We paid off the iPhone 8s, traded them in for iphone13. We made sure our bill would remain the same and was told it would. Today we received our bill and it was not the same, (we already paid off the activation fees month prior). I started a chat within the ATT site and was told they could fix it; no problem! Our bill was to monthly be back to our normal bill. I was happy to hear that, and went about my day. Few hours later, I was checking my email and seen tons of emails about us going over the data cap that my next bill would have a extra 2gb for $10. So essentially the agent changed my grandfathered plan without asking OR even telling us what it was. I got back into the chat where I was told it was being transferred to a supervisor. This supervisor was arrogant and rude, and sent me the customer loyalty number. Called that number just to be told there was nothing I could do. Went to the store and they stated it has to be done within loyalty department, so once again called back. We were told it was sent to back office, and it’ll take 24-48 hours for my plan to be back on if they even agree to do so after investigating. Meanwhile, we are to not use our data for any of our lines- which has racked up to over $100 now. My children are in cyber school and I have paid for my service on time for years. Years of them slyly adding more and more to my bill that I paid not questioning and the one time I do, they change my grandfathered plan and refuse to give it back.

At&t will not give me the unlock codes for our phones. I was told 4 – 6 hours on 11/29/2021. Today I am told? 12/1/2021. I am traveling out of the country. Customer service for the prepaid department has not helped at all.

What AT&T did:
I transferred my services for one apartment to another and I was not informed that I was supposed to return the att internet device . I got charged 150$ for the same in Aug 2021 . as my account was set up for autopay I didn’t realize this was getting charged . On Nov 12 I decided to terminate my att internet services and hence I was checking my bills and realized I was charged this $150 . I reached out to the att customer services team to understand what had happened and that I would return the device I would request a refund of atleast some of the money that was charged to me . In addition to the previous issue they charged me another 50$ for services for Nov since I cancelled my services one day late from the billing cycle . I am highly disappointed and frustrated at the lack of support on this and want to proceed with action as this is very frustrating .

We were being told that our phone bill would never be over $220 a month! They added installments on devices that were supposed to be free, they were giving us the elite plan when we asked for the basic, they added insurance when not authorized, added next up which was not authorized, never mentioned all the processing fees, lady shut off our account and opened us a whole new one Bc our account was so messed up and they said she shouldn’t have and is still trying to make us pay for it.
We didn’t want data on our devices and they did it anyways.my sister went into the Clinton, Ok store Friday Nov 19th at 5:30 where the lady confessed that att was charging us wrongly. Told me to come back later to get it fixed.
