What Charter Spectrum did:
I was wrongfully terminated. There are no coachings nor was an investigation run. I was told by the HR Director that she wanted to make an example out of the leaders since they werent held accountable in the past.

I was a inbound sales supervisor with Charter. I was able to receive unemployment. Im seeking help to hold them accountable on the way i was treated and how the investigations were handled.

I had reached out to HR because a manager was giving me issues while i was on FMLA. Also, leaders were telling me that i shouldnt be taking to much time. I fought cancer during my time their.

I want my job back and for my termination to be overturned as it has affected my mental health. I wouldnt be reaching out but they ruined my career and took away my benefits because they said i was unethical but have no prove or records of me doing so. Please help or point me to a direction on someone that can.
