What Suddenlink did:
Suddenlink was paid for the full month of November and December for 15 mps for $74.55.
I had a new service updated from Suddenlink to 300 mps so that I’d pass the internet test to work for alorica from home.
I’m already working from home and I need internet in my house. My tvs operate on Google chromecast , no internet no TV!
My sons tablet , my laptop requires internet. My printer requires internet.
November 26th I’ve been without internet it is now November 30th I was suppose to have the new internet hooked up today. Dude said he couldn’t took both modems with him. I have no internet but y’all have my money.
I was overcharged for the month of December because I paid my old price and the new price is suppose to be $63, $74.55 was paid.
I HAVE NO INTERNET.
I’ve been driving to the library to get my work done and to print things paying for it. I’ve been using my hotspot to receive the emails from my laptop or to watch Netflix on because I have no internet and I’m being charged additional money I feel your responsible for.
I should have internet in my house.
The tech told me nobody’s coming until Wednesday December 8th , thats 13 days without service that’s already paid for.
This is unacceptable.
I have want my internet and I want a bill correction. This shouldn’t have happened . I took off work for this . I can’t work my from home job and I’m only scheduled 5 days from my prn job which I took off one of those five days. Y’all are hurting my livelyhood and my entertainment and playing with my money this is not acceptable
