What Cash App did:
I was buying an iPhone from someone & used CashApp as my payment method. The guy I was buying it from took off with both the phone & the money I sent him via CashApp after having me connect my phone to better signal so that he made sure the payment went through & I wasn’t “scamming him”. The money was taken out of my account but he didn’t accept the payment for a little bit so after he took off I tried to cancel the payment but it wouldn’t let me & when I contacted CashApp support, they told me there was nothing they could do basically.
What would you like the company to do to fix the problem?
I would like a FULL refund of $351!
