What Charter Spectrum did:
I have never received the internet speed I pay for every month. I pay for 100mbps and receive under 10mbps daily. We’ve complained several times and charter even failed to fix a pole near our home they stated was down ‘due to weather though spring, summer and fall have passed now. I contacted them today again about this and now they place the blame on me stating I should have called again? Thier have already been 2 techs here that never fixed the issue, 2 new boxes that didn’t help and a pole down in my yard that spectrum failed to repair

What would you like the company to do to fix the problem?

I would like a credit for each month we’ve had low internet speeds (we get under 10mbps but pay for 100 mbps) – this has been going on over 2 years now. I would like a $50 credit per month for at least 24 months- (50×24) this is a total of $1200
