What Charter Spectrum did:
Offered Apple TV streaming Device failed to tell me once I opened the box they couldn’t accept a return but they told me I could return it in 14 days.
What would you like the company to do to fix the problem?
A refund if I have to keep a product that I can’t use and haven’t used just opened the box. Also to not sell customers something they don’t inquire about.
