Google Fi Product Wasn’t What I Was Promised
What Google Fi did:
I bought a Google phone that was 980 dollars and it stopped working after one month. It was a Google Pixel 4 XL. I tried to get it fixed at their store and they told me there’s nothing they can do. It didn’t want to charge. They said it was water resistant yet said it had water damage so that voided the warranty yet and never fell in water and in their commercials they show the phone working in water. The phone was much slower than the phones I get for free from T Mobile and didn’t last half as long.
What would you like the company to do to fix the problem?
