Intuit Bad Customer Support

What Intuit did:
My stimulus check and state return were supposed to be sent to me on a debit card. The money was instead deposited into a Credit Karma Spend Account to which I can’t access because I was not sent a card. If I attempt to access the money I am asked to give a lot of personal information. Since I never authorized the account, I don’t feel comfortable giving Credit Karma that information. So I feel as if my money was stolen and is being held for ransom. I’ve used TurboTax off and on for about 20 years and I will NEVER use them again! It’s ludicrous!

What would you like the company to do to fix the problem?

Give me my money! My $1400 stimulus and $48 state refund.
