What Oceania Cruise Lines did:
Our itinerary has changed drastically from what we booked. This is due to COVID of course. We called them and begged and begged to reschedule our cruise for another time. No dice. Now we get to sit on a ship for 8 of our 16 day cruise. Unacceptable.
What would you like the company to do to fix the problem?
Allow us to postpone until some time where we can get off the ship. I can’t stand sea days.
