What Vivint did:
They came to my door right after I moved in. Said the equipment was free, all I’d have to pay for was the monthly service fee. Then I was being billed to fees; 1-for the service & 2-for the equipment. After numerous calls I finally got the monthly fee dropped, but am stuck paying for the “free” equipment. The price to buy out of it is too high for me. I have to pay for this equipment until March of 2023.
What would you like the company to do to fix the problem?
Refund me the money I’ve paid for 4 years for their “free” equipment.
