What Wayfair did:
I ordered the wrong color item and reordered the item in the right color. The original item was returned and no refund was given even though I have proof of return with the merchant.

What would you like the company to do to fix the problem?

Refund of 585.11 (original cost $685.11, Wayfair said they would charge me $100 for return shipping, which is reasonable for a heavy item, a tv stand)
