What AT&T did:
On Nov.29th at 12:55pm a AT&T representative don’t remember her name unfortunately gave a promotion. The promotion was to get a deal on the iPhone 13 pro max and we trade in are original phones for the 13 pro max. On 12/2/21 at 9:55 pm I called to activate the new device and the representative said the phones cannot be activated because we have to finish paying for our current devices. It is unfair because one representative said we can trade are devices in and are bills will be lower and another representative is saying we are not eligible. Why sell us a product and also lie saying we can trade are devices in but in reality we can’t. I feel like I honestly got robbed and tricked into another payment.
