What Bank of America did:
I was a victim of fraud . My bank card was stolen and used for over 2,500 dollars in November 2021. I contacted the bank immediately and reported the fraudulent activities. They started an investigation and the decision made was “ I authorized someone to use my card “ basically saying I’m a liar . I told Bank of America the first day I made the call that my card was stolen it never arrived to my mailbox . I never saw the card at all . I actually have an open investigation going on because I have strong suspicions as to who stole my bank card . But I never ever approved anyone to use my card .

What would you like the company to do to fix the problem?

Write me a check for deflation of character, stress cause the investigation and the results was 100% WRONG
